Analysis of Promotion Packages 2 - Razorlight. (Music Video)

Razorlight - I Can't Stop This Feeling I've Got.

The music video I've chosen to analyse from this album is 'I Can't Stop This Feeling I've Got'. This is entire performance based music video and is all in black and white. For an indie rock video this is very stereotypical. Tessa Perkins (1979) said 'stereotyping is not a simple process' and she that some of the ways people stereotype is based on things that aren't true to everyone in that stereotype. So for our music video we DO NOT want to create a new stereotype, we want to follow existing stereotypes.

  3. In addition, you have some great opportunities for theory here : representation and language [ semiotics]
